Brain Bee Clima 1234HO Air Conditioning Station

The Clima 1234HO is a special 1234 Air conditioning machine specifically designed and homoligated to meet the exacting standards of the vehicle manufacturers. This unit has achieved the highest standard of quality control and meets VDA compliant standards. The unit is therefore either recommended or mandated for many vehicle manufacturers.

Brain Bee have built on the success and outstanding features of the Clima 9000 range in developing the Clima 1234 Air con station for the latest 1234yf gas. This high quality, leading edge Ultra-matic 1234yf air conditioning stations includes all the necessary increased safety features required whilst including the many leading features including the added benefits of the patented VOLUMETRIC INJECTION, ECO LOCKS and LONG LIFE PUMP.

ECO LOCK

Eco Lock is a patented feature of your Brain Bee air conditioning station. Eco Lock has the ability to extract the air or gas held in the high and low port connection valve. With this feature the traditional “puff” of gas lost to atmosphere when removing the valves does not occur.

 

Volumetric Injector System

This is another technology that is a patented feature of your Brain Bee air conditioning station. This allows total control over your costs by accurately measuring the gas at the point of entry into the vehicle. This ensures an accurate and cost effective management of the very expensive R1234 gas.

Other competitor’s machines state that they can be accurate to within 15 grams in laboratory conditions as required by the VDA certification; in workshop conditions this cannot be controlled or confirmed. However with a Brain Bee the charge is accurate to within 10 grams and this is maintained in workshop conditions with the use of the patented Volumetric injector system.

This means that a competitor’s machines could be undercharging or overcharging each vehicle with more than 15 grams of very expensive R1234 gas. Using Brain Bees Volumetric Injector System you can be sure that the charge rate applied to a vehicle is accurate to + or – 10 Gram.

Texa Konfort 760R (R134A or R1234yf) Air Conditioning Station

Designed for efficient service

The Konfort 760R has all the same features as the 780R, but is designed as a single refrigerant unit. A retrofit kit to change the refrigerant type to 1234YF in the future is available. (This does not update the unit to a bi-gas as with the Konfort 780).

The 760R, 780R, and 760BUS, are all fitted with transport locks to protect the measuring system during transportation. In addition a range of accessories can be purchased for refrigerant flushing, VDC* contol diagonosis, system performance checks and gas analysis.

Refillable Hermetically Sealed Oil Bottles

Because standard bottles are not hermetically sealed, they always contain a percentage of air. The water molecules in the air bind with the oil and contaminate it. TEXA’s solution was to create special containers which prevent the oil from becoming contaminated by air and humidity. These have been patented. These special bottles can be re-used thanks to a special system which removes the air from the bottle.

Hydraulic System Flushing

In order to guarantee safety and efficiency, it is important that each type of oil and refrigerant are not cross contaminated. TEXA have therefore developed a special automatic flushing function to clean the internal circuits of the service station.

Automatic Bottle Identification

With the introduction of new vehicles, particularly electric and hybrid vehicles, new oils have been introduced for these applications. The correct oil type must be used relating to the air conditioning system to be serviced (eg PAG or POE). It is potentially damaging and dangerous to inject non-compatible oils into the system, so the operator must take care to avoid mistakes. TEXA has developed an automatic oil bottle recognition system which, by comparing the data contained in the vehicles database, signals if the incorrect bottle is in use.

Tilt Sensor System For Accurate Readings

The scales used for refrigerant measurement can be inaccurate when used on uneven surfaces. TEXA’s patented TILT SENSOR SYSTEM analyses the scales horizontal positioning and alerts the operator to the fact that the readings may be inaccurate.

Fan Protection System

The new R1234yf refrigerant has been classified as being ‘highly flammable’ and this must be acknowledged by the operator. The KONFORT 700 series air conditioning service stations adopts a high efficiency redundant fan system to eliminate any possible refrigerant build up within the unit.

Automatic Leak Detection Management

The KONFORT 700 series units automatically carry out a dual leak detection check. All safety related operations take place automatically in order to eliminate errors.

Operating Software

TEXA operating software conforms to the strictest requirements of accuracy and precision.

Any possible faults or messages are displayed via detailed error messages. TEXA software manages the recovery and service processes, in order to guarantee precession that was previously unknown.

In particular, the automatic procedures assist the operator with repairs on highly sophisticated systems, such as those fitted on the new hybrid vehicles. All models have a removable SD card which allows communication with a Windows PC to update vehicle make and model database, check and certify all services and potential software updates.

Konfort 760R BUS: Ideal For Large A/C Systems

The 760R BUS specifically developed for larger systems. Is equipped with a 30 Kg internal storage tank, a larger 21cc compressor for refrigerant and a 146l/min dual stage vacuum pump, able to generate depression of 0.030 mbar.

Like the standard 760R, the Bus version too can work either with the older R134a refrigerant or with the new R1234yf, and can switch from one to the other with the installation of an optional retrofit kit.
